About your Homeowners Association 

• Promote cultural, recreational, educational and athletic facilities for the benefit of our community
• Foster and advance the interests of the residents of Antrim Glen community
• Collaborate with the owner of Antrim Glen and advance the concerns, problems, and issues of the residents of Antrim Glen community.

AGHA membership fees are $10 per person, per year, which runs from September 1st to August 31st of the following year.

The affairs of the Association are managed by a volunteer, member-elected Board. This Board comprises a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Directors-at-Large. For more information about elections and terms, please see the Official Constitution and the AGHA By-laws.

Events around Antrim Glen 

The Glen, as it's affectionately known, is our gathering spot for events, activities, meetings, and celebrations.

All residents, whether they're AGHA members or not, are welcome to use the common areas of the Glen including the pool, games room, gym, and other facilities. 

However, organized functions and activities are limited to members of the Homeowners Association (AGHA).

The Glen is open to residents 7 days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Access is via an assigned Key Card. Mailroom access is 24/7 using the Key Card.

The Glen Hall can be rented to AGHA members for private events. It is also available to members and non-members alike for funeral receptions. For more information on renting the hall for an event, click here.

The Glen Hall, Sundowner Lounge and balconies are a smoke-free environment.
